Do cemetery visitors need to download an app?+
No. Visitors only need their phone camera. After scanning the QR code the memorial profile opens instantly in the browser. The app is only for you as the administrator, to upload and edit content.
How is the plate attached to the headstone?+
The back of the plate has a highly durable adhesive layer designed for outdoor use on stone. Just clean and degrease the spot and press the plate firmly. It holds reliably in frost and heat alike.
Are there any monthly fees for running the profile?+
No. With the standard Relicodes package, hosting of the digital profile is included in the product price. There are no hidden monthly or yearly payments.
Can I change the profile content later?+
Yes, any time. Through the mobile app you can add new photos, edit texts or change profile settings. Changes appear online right after saving.
What if the plate gets damaged or stolen?+
Our stainless steel plates are very durable, but if one gets damaged just contact us. Your digital profile is safe on our servers and we can make a replacement plate with the same code.
Is it suitable for older, traditional headstones?+
Yes. We designed Relicodes to be minimalist and dignified. The stainless steel and the 50 x 55 mm size sit very discreetly on stone and don't disturb the look of the resting place.
How do shipping and returns work?+
We ship immediately and delivery usually takes 2–3 working days. You have the statutory 14 days to return unused goods.
